Catering Menu

Below you will find our catering menu, combinations of the below can be selected to make your special occasion just that little bit more special, knowing all your food has been lovingly prepared for your event and not a single animal has been harmed!  Imagine that, great food for which you will be complimented, and also a great talking point with your guests!

 

Salads:

-Potato Salad-

(potato cubes, coated in an avocado and dill cream)

-Coleslaw-

(red cabbage, grated carrot and a zingy mayo dressing)

-Mixed Leaf Salad-

(fresh greens, peppery rocket, tossed in a balsamic dressing)

-Pesto Pasta-

(homemade spinach and basil pesto)

Entrees:

-Bruschetta-

(french baguette with a tomato, red onion and garlic topping)

-Hummus + Salsa with Flatbread-

(duo of hummus, fresh tomato and chilli salsa, served with flatbread)

-Fresh Spring Rolls-

(rice paper filled with spinach, carrot, beansprouts, cucumber and coriander, with a soy dip)

Mains:

-Jackfruit Tacos-

(hard/soft shell taco, smoked paprika jackfruit, on a bed of citric slaw, topped with salsa and sour cream)

-Tofu Stirfry-

(crispy sesame tofu, beansprouts, mangetout, water chestnut, broccoli and carrot)

-Moroccan Chickpea Tagine-

(traditional tagine flavours with chickpeas, cous cous, fruit and veg)

-Chickpea Coconut Curry-

(creamy, hearty coconut curry, lightly spiced with chickpeas, mushroom, peppers and peas, served with rice)

Sides:

-Mac & Cheese-

-Corn on the Cob-

Deserts:

-Fresh Fruit Platter-

-Chocolate Fudge Cake-

Any mixture of the above can be accommodated, depending on the spread you want, you may like to have all the salads and one main, or you may prefer to have two salads, two entrees, one main, one desert.  Ultimately the decision is yours.

Orders for catering will need to be received at a minimum one week in advance if the event will be a weekday and ideally two weeks in advance if it is a weekend but don't let that put you off, contact us for more information. 

On the day of the event, food will delivered in serving bowls which are heated with oil lamps, note this in terms of young children who may be around.  Additional to this, disposable plates, napkins and cutlery can also be provided as well as catering tables, though often people opt to purchase these / use their own, all can be discussed.



NOTE: larger events such as corporate catering or weddings must be notified with as much notice as possible, minimum two months notice, though availability cannot be guaranteed.

Deposits: A booking deposit of 25% is required to secure your event, 50% of remaining balance is due 30 days before event with final balance due 7 days before event.  Full refunds are possible up to 30 days prior, after which, costs incurred will be deducted, no refunds will be possible after final balance is paid.
